Design Mindset Detector™ consists of several elements. See what you will gain for your team:
Individual Access to the Multidimensional Design Mindset Questionnaire (MDMQ)
Each person enrolled in the study will receive an individual link to the test.
The test consists of 98 questions and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
All data is fully encrypted and stored securely.
Individual reports with results and developmental guidance
The results of each person participating in the study will be sent to the email addresses provided in the order, as well as to the person who ordered the study. The reports include a description of each person’s profile, expanded with descriptions of the assessed predispositions and self-development guidelines.
Group Report (optional)
After the study, we prepare a group report that shows the distribution of various Design Mindset predispositions within the entire team. The report helps to see all the team’s predispositions – both well-established and those that are worth working on. The study helps to understand how team members can complement each other and leverage their strengths in collaborative efforts.
Discussion of Reports with an Expert (optional)
Reviewing the results of the entire team involves a 60-minute session for the person commissioning the study. Additionally, individual mentoring sessions can be conducted for each team member. During these sessions, each person’s results are discussed, and an individual development program is planned.
