The creators of the Design Mindset Detector™ are Dr. hab. Magda Kochanowska and Weronika Rochacka Gagliardi, who jointly ran the consultancy firm DESIGN PROVISION from 2016 to 2023. Each of them has extensive experience in executing projects, workshops, and training in the Design Thinking approach, particularly in the area of Service Design, both in Poland and abroad.
The Multidimensional Design Mindset Questionnaire (MDMQ) was developed in collaboration with psychologists Dr. hab. Magdalena Żemojtel-Piotrowska and Dr. hab. Jarosław Piotrowski. The project was also supported by sociologist Dorota Cetnarska.
The tool is continuously developed by Magda Kochanowska and managed by her company, Design Nurture.
