How to order a test?
If you want to order a test, write to us at hello@design-mindset-detector.com or use the form available on the website in the “Contact” section. In the form, specify whether you are interested in the test or the test with a session. If you need an invoice, provide the company details in the order notes.
What happens next?
- We will send a pro forma invoice in a separate email with a request for payment.
- After the payment is credited, you will receive an invitation to the test with an individual link to the email address provided in the order. The link is valid for 6 months. In a separate email, we will also send the invoice for the order.
- You will receive the report with the results by email within 1 hour after completing the test.
How long is the waiting time for the test link?
The test link will be sent after the payment is credited, to the email address provided in the order.
I didn't receive the test link. How can I obtain it?
Start by checking your SPAM and other email folders, such as Promotions. If you don’t find the email with the link there, write to us at hello@design-mindset-detector.com. If you are writing outside our working hours, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If I interrupt the test, can I return to it?
Unfortunately, no. The test should be completed in one session. It takes about 20 minutes. It’s worth ensuring comfortable conditions while taking it. If you interrupt the test and cannot return to it, write to us at hello@design-mindset-detector.com.
Can I get an invoice for the purchase?
Yes. You can provide the invoice details in the contact form when placing your order. The invoice will be sent by email after the purchase is made.
What are the customer service hours?
We are available from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. If you write or call outside our working hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I return a purchased test?
Yes. You have 14 days to return it, provided you have not used the link. To make a return, write to us at hello@design-mindset-detector.com. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
I want to order more than one test. How can I do this?
To do so, write to us at hello@design-mindset-detector.com or call +48 695 32 68 87 . If you write or call outside our working hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I buy a test for someone else?
Yes. When placing the order through the contact form, provide the name and email address of the person who will take the test in the order notes. The individual test link and report will be sent to this email address.
How to prepare for a meeting with the expert?
The meeting does not require special preparation. Ensure a comfortable environment for the online conversation, such as preparing a space where you can speak freely, and check your equipment and internet connection. Our experts connect with a camera.
